Do I have to do much hiking?

No, we actually have a tractor that will take you up to the first platform.

What is the weight limit for the Canopy Zipline?

The limit is 250 pounds, but if you are more than 6ft and weigh more than 260 pounds you will be fine.

What do I wear for the tour?

Closed-toe shoes, and light clothes.

What happens if I start the tour and do not want to continue?

If this happens, there are several ways to abandon the zipline tour and go back down on the tractor (we will not refund the tour if this happens).

Are kids safe on the tour?

Yes, we take kids from 4 years on, and they use a special full-body harness.

How safe is the Canopy Zipline?

This is one of the safest tours, our certified guides will make sure you are safe during the tour.

Can I do the tour if I am afraid of heights?

Yes, we get people afraid of heights all the time, we will help you out at all times.

Do I have to brake on the tour?

Yes, the correct position is one hand on the cable, but if you do not brake, the guides control your speed when you come into the platform.

Will there be snacks on the tour?

The guide will have water and we include tropical fruits at the end.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, the best is that you book ahead of time, to guarantee your space, you can book online, by phone or email.

What time is the Park open?

We open from 7:00 am and close around 5:00 pm.

Should I bring a camera?

You can but it’s under your own responsibility, we take professional photos on all the tours and you can view them at the end.

What happens if it rains?

Rain is normally a problem only from July to November, so if you come during these months try to book your tours in the morning.

Are tours canceled if it rains?

If there is lightning, strong winds or torrential rain, we will put the tour on hold and wait for it to clear, if you do not want to wait, or there is no time, you can reschedule the tour to another day.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are normally made if you cancel the tour 24 hours prior to the tour.
